Destination wedding you say?! Well this year we had thrilling opportunity to travel to Hungary. Even despite minor indisposition on our part and tiredness, as it took us 7 hours to come to the weeding, once again it turned out to be true that one does not have to make everything perfect – small imperfections make a day unique! The ceremony and the wedding reception took place in Babérliget Luxury Mansion, located in Somogy country, 25 minutes from Lelle resort situated by the Balaton lake and 25 minutes from Kaposvár – historic capital of the region.Surrounded by lavender fields, fruit trees and vineyards, the beautiful mansion from 18th century in the Provence style is open for everyone looking for a romantic weekend, wedding or business event venue. The mansion is located in enchanting, closed area among Somogy mountains. At first, it was a beloved home of count Békeffy from the late 19th century, the land, together with chestnut tree park, creates a shady alley leading from the building to the gardens. Luxurious Babérliget palace was discovered by Mason and Viktorija who invited their families and friends for a unique romantic weekend and beautiful wedding in the open air. Friends and family who came to this special event from fifteen different countries created a special atmosphere in the warm Hungarian climate. Viktorija chose a traditional white wedding dress with French lace. Elegant, sexy and so sweet and feminine. The whole look was complimented by a beautiful long veil. Magic is something that each bride is hoping to find in her wedding dress. Bridesmaids also did a great job, by helping Viktorija in wedding preparations. Mason was a stylish groom, coming straight from a journal. Everything was perfect and timeless.

Morning and afternoon was the calm before the storm 🙂 everyone was in a great mood and it was really good just to chill out and contemplate the day.
